What questions should you ask yourself to ensure the success of your mini crane hire?
Your access constraints:
What are the access areas and constraints on your site: size of doors, stairs or width of passageway, etc.?
Ground resistance:
Can the ground on which the mini-crane will be working support the weight of the crawler-mounted mini-crane? Of the mini-crane once the outriggers are deployed? And the weight of the mini-crane with its load?
Remember to check the punching resistance of your site.
Your working offset:
If your mini-crane has to carry a load over an obstacle, check the size and height of the obstacle to ensure that the mini-crane will be able to carry the load over the obstacle in question.

The advantages of a mini-crane
On some sites, a mini-crane can be used in place of a tower or mobile crane. Mini-cranes are easy to transport, install and operate, so you save time and cut costs.
Flexibility
Compact, effective indoors and outdoors on sloping or damp ground, the mini-crane is an efficient and versatile piece of handling equipment in all environments.
Environments
The precision of the mini-crane means it can lift and transport statues, glass or works of art.
The Château de Versailles relied on the mini-crane to transport its lead statues during renovation.
